Ovum “PNK SALT”
Rosé Blend – Dundee Hills, Oregon
Ocean breezes meet tropical delights in this dynamite rosé. Pink salt, ripe guava, dragonfruit, and fresh lychee are accented by tiny hints of raspberry, pomegranate, and loganberries. Pairings: scallops, scallops, and more scallops. Or perhaps St. Angel triple cream brie spread across crusty baguette and topped with strawberry preserves and seared foie gras.

Ovum “BIG SALT”
White Blend – Dundee Hills, Oregon
This Oregon white blend draws you in with its nose of petally lilacs, white fairy floss, and peach nectar, and then tumbles on your palate with brisk sea salt, powdery chalk, and lacy raindrops. Pairings: Penang curry; beer-battered jumbo shrimp with harissa-spiced steak fries and preserved lemon aioli; tofu spring rolls and spicy peanut sauce; or pan-fried ginger pork dumplings.
