We get asked all the time if we carry Aperol or Campari, and no, we don’t — we carry one that we love just as much or more: Cappelletti. It has a respectable history, and it may even be “the oldest of its style still in production” (according to their bottle).
Straight outta Italy, Cappelletti weighs in at a respectable 17% ALC, giving anything you make with it a nice but not overpowering kick. It is naturally colored using the cochineal beetle, which is just cool, and its base is a white wine (mostly trebbiano). It has a subtle sweetness, but also still has those tasty, bitter citrus notes you want. It is perfect in some Prosecco or Champagne, or even on its own over ice with a slice of orange. It is so worth adding this to your next purchase here!
