Mythology Foragers Botanical Gin
It’s 90 degrees and the sun is shining, summer has officially arrived in Denver! That also means our friends at Mythology Distillery have once again released their Foragers Botanical Gin, produced in collaboration with the Denver Botanic Gardens*. Doesn’t get more local than that folks.
Featuring a delightful blend of juniper, coriander seed, orris root, grapefruit, star anise, and sage, this lovely little gin sure packs in the flavor. There’s no better way to beat the heat this summer than with a refreshing gin and tonic featuring Foragers Gin and your favorite tonic water (I went with Fever Tree). Bonus points if you drink it out of a Mason jar like the cool kids do. Be sure to pick up a bottle soon as this is a limited release — once it’s gone it won’t be back until next summer.
* (Also, the Denver Botanic Gardens is featuring “Evenings al Fresco” this summer on select Mondays and Wednesdays.
